Our Refund policy is to help you protect your transactions with us if for any reason you are unhappy. 

Please read the Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our products, services, or courses. 

Everything sold via this website will adhere to the following policies.

Consulting & Product Delivery

If Digital Doorway fails to deliver the products within a certain time frame, customers are eligible to get a full refund. Here’s the delivery timeline for each type of product:

  • Consulting / Digital Marketing Services – Within 30 days of the receipt of the first payment
  • Physical Products (Books, Pen Drives etc) – Within 20 days of payment
  • Online Digital Products – Within 7 days of payment.

If we delay the delivery of products/services within the time frame as mentioned, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Payment Errors

Digital Doorway is not responsible for any error during the payment process. In case you are unable to pay, please check with your local bank 

Refund Policy Requirement

  1. A student here is referred to anyone who buys or signs up for a course
  2. All purchases are final & cancellation is not allowed
  3. For courses, a refund will be issued only if it is requested within 24 hours of a purchase
  4. Refunds will not be issued after a customer purchases a digital product (life lifetime deal of software) and wants to immediately get a refund stating vague reasons like:
    • Purchased somewhere else
    • Not satisfied with the product (without consuming the product)
    • Changed mind

If any customer who tries to purchase on our website encounters a payment gateway error, he/she will be fully eligible for a full refund.
